Qualifications:
- B. Tech/ M. Tech. (Life Sciences), M.Sc./B.Sc. (Life Science), Ph.D. (Life Science)
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Scientific and Medical Writing
Eligibility:
- At least 24 months of experience in the current (Scientific and Medical Writing) role
Skills and requirements:
- Sound knowledge of Scientific Research Methods and the Research Process
- Hands-on experience with protocols.io
- Literature review and evaluation capabilities
- Excellent command of verbal and written communication skills
- Planning & prioritizing, detail-focused
- Good interpretation and analytical skills
- Curational editing experience would be a plus, but not a must-have
- Experience in Publishing from an author’s perspective would be a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance and Process Oversight
- Oversee and assist with the import and creation of protocols onto protocols.io
- Perform quality checks of imported protocols and provide timely feedback
- Schedule discussions with team members to address quality issues and process updates
- Ensure process-related queries are effectively addressed
- Participate in quality-related discussions with stakeholders
- Ensure periodic review and update of documentation
- Suggest process improvements
Content Moderation
- Assist in moderating content submissions and newly created accounts
- Assess and moderate newly submitted protocols, accounts, and workspaces
Expectations from the Role:
- Ensure the quality of deliverables
- Handle internal and customer queries
- Update reference documents and work towards maintaining quality standards
