Job Description
Indivirtus Global is seeking a motivated Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The CRA will be responsible for managing and monitoring clinical trial site activities to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct and coordinate clinical trial site activities, including site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
• Ensure clinical trials are conducted in compliance with protocol, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform source data verification by reviewing Case Report Forms (CRFs) against patient records.
• Manage investigational product accountability and documentation.
• Act as a liaison between investigators, study sites, sponsors, and CROs.
• Identify, report, and resolve study-related issues including protocol deviations and adverse events.
• Prepare and submit monitoring visit reports and regulatory documentation.
• Provide training and support to site staff on protocol and compliance.
• Frequent travel to clinical trial sites as required.
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience
• Knowledge of clinical research regulations and ICH-GCP guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly for site visits.
• Prior experience or internships in clinical research preferred (not mandatory for
exceptional candidates).
