About the Role
We are looking for a Clinical Research Associate to ensure the successful delivery of clinical studies from start-up to reporting. The ideal candidate will manage study documents, facilitate data management, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute study delivery processes, including study reports, system facilitation, and system maintenance.
- Oversee centrally managed study management services across clinical studies from start-up to reporting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with the Document Management group until the finalization of the Clinical Study Report.
- Create/import clinical-regulatory documents into the Global Electronic Library.
- Coordinate with the Data Management Centre for study-related documentation.
- Manage and track study materials, equipment, and related processes.
- Monitor administrative tasks during audits and regulatory inspections.
- Serve as a technical owner within Patient Safety, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Provide insights to improve methodology and clinical development practices.
Education & Qualifications
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Experience in study management within pharmaceutical/clinical research
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and new developments in clinical development
Desirable:
- Advanced degree or professional certification in related fields
- A broader understanding of multiple aspects of study management
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of GCP and regulatory guidelines
- Excellent document management and compliance skills
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
