Job Title: QA Executive
Company: Zenon Life Sciences
Location: Gujarat, India
Salary: ₹3 – 5 LPA
Experience: 2 – 4 years (OSD Formulation experience preferred)
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Life Sciences OR B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face
Key Responsibilities
Quality Management System (QMS):
- Develop, implement, and maintain QMS as per FDA, EMA & other regulatory standards.
- Prepare and maintain SOPs, policies, work instructions, and QA documentation.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical manufacturing & distribution guidelines.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and implement required updates.
Audits & Inspections:
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits/inspections.
- Address audit findings with CAPAs (Corrective & Preventive Actions).
Quality Control:
- Oversee testing of raw materials, in-process and finished products.
- Monitor quality metrics, analyze trends, and initiate improvements.
Documentation: Maintain accurate QA records with document control and traceability.
Training & Development:
- Train employees on QA processes, compliance, and GMP standards.
- Build a strong culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Supplier & Vendor Management: Manage supplier quality agreements and conduct vendor audits.
Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvement projects using RCA, SPC, and risk management tools.
Skills & Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in QA (OSD Formulation preferred)
- Knowledge of regulatory standards (FDA, EMA, GMP)
- Strong documentation and compliance skills
Languages:
