Role Overview
The Senior Manager, Clinical Scientist, is responsible for the design, planning, and execution of assigned clinical trials. The role involves working with cross-functional global teams to deliver impactful clinical research programs that support drug development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support clinical trial activities for one or more studies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (KOLs, investigators).
- Develop and review study documents, including protocols, informed consent forms, and amendments.
- Contribute to clinical study reports, regulatory documents (IB, DSUR, PSUR), and submission packages.
- Prepare training materials for clinical sites and investigators.
- Monitor clinical data for accuracy, consistency, and emerging trends.
- Ensure CRF design supports data collection aligned with protocol requirements.
- Participate in governance committee and development team meetings.
- Conduct literature reviews and submit clinical documents to TMF.
Qualifications
- Degree in Life Sciences (MD, PhD, PharmD, MS, RN, or equivalent). MD in Pharmacology preferred.
- Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and the drug development process.
- Experience in study design, data review, and medical writing.
- Strong planning and project management skills.
- Detail-oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data review tools.
