Job Description
Job Overview: Review, assess, and process Safety data and information, across service lines, received from various sources, and distribute reports/data onwards to both internal and external third parties, following applicable regulations, SOPs, and internal guidelines under guidance and support of senior operation team members.
Essential Functions

Complete assigned trainings on time.

Process safety data as per SOPs, regulations, and project needs.

Perform pharmacovigilance tasks: collect/track AEs, update status, database entry, coding, narratives, literature reviews.

Meet project quality, productivity, and compliance standards.

Create, maintain, and track safety cases.

Flag quality issues to senior team members.

Demonstrate problem-solving skills.

Mentor new team members if assigned.

Join team meetings and share feedback.

Follow all people practices and processes.

Handle additional duties as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, or healthcare (1–1.5 years’ experience required)

Good knowledge of medical terminology and clinical research regulations

Familiar with safety databases, Microsoft Office, and web tools

Strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills

Self-driven, flexible, and capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines

Team player with the ability to follow guidelines and work independently

Willingness to learn across safety service lines and contribute to team goals

Must be comfortable with extended screen time, calls, occasional travel, and shift flexibility
