Purpose:

EMS (Executive Medical Summary)
Content Strategy and Execution:
Plan, write, edit, and finalize regulatory documents supporting clinical development. Build scientific rationale and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Project and Stakeholder Management:
Lead the writing process, manage timelines, anticipate risks, and ensure document completion by collaborating with teams and stakeholders.
Knowledge and Skills Development:
Maintain therapeutic area knowledge, regulatory guidelines understanding, and scientific communications skills to align with audience needs.
Knowledge Sharing:
Provide technical guidance, network with others to share best practices, and contribute to process improvements.
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or health-related field
- Demonstrated experience in technical/regulatory scientific writing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Other Information/Additional Preferences:
- Graduate degree with a formal research component or in life sciences
- Mastery of English skills in medical, scientific, or technical writing
- Experience in clinical development, regulatory activities, and project management
