Job Description:
Rivarp Medical is seeking a Product Specialist to provide technical support to surgeons during procedures (scrubbing for case assist) and promote our medical products across assigned territories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with doctors, supporting surgical cases, and increasing product adoption through strategic engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide scrubbing and case assistance support to surgeons in operation theatres.
• Offer technical support and product guidance to doctors and clinical staff.
• Assess client needs and present appropriate product solutions.
• Conduct effective product detailing and distribute samples to targeted doctors.
• Persuade doctors to prescribe Rivarp products using strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Participate in sales meetings, training programs, webinars, and medical symposiums.
• Maintain detailed documentation of field activities and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement brand strategies.
• Plan and manage weekly/monthly schedules in alignment with sales targets.
• Work towards increasing sales revenue and achieving business goals.
