- Prepare aggregate reports to meet submission timelines in accordance with defined processes.
- Perform proofreading of self-authored documents before Quality Check reviews.
- Conduct literature searches, sales data extraction, and line listing generations in line with processes for Writing Role.
- Collaborate effectively within and across Elanco Regulatory/R&D teams and external partners to achieve deliverables.
- Comply with group management tools, standards, policies, and initiatives.
- Maintain Veeva Vault RIM activities and complete tasks on time.
- Ensure audit, SOP, and training compliance.
- Support Global Pharmacovigilance by performing additional assigned tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduation in veterinary medicine, post-graduation in pharmacy, or another life science background.
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience in PV or medical writing.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- High competency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong knowledge of GxP requirements, including GCP, cGMP, GLP for Writing Role.
- Understanding of operational Regulatory and R&D principles.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively with global teams.
