About the Role:
As an R&D Change Management Specialist, you will lead the people side of change for R&D transformation initiatives. Your mission is to support adoption of new systems, processes, technologies, and structures within Sanofi’s global R&D operations.
You will develop strategies using the Sanofi Change Management Playbook and collaborate with cross-functional teams including senior leaders, project teams, and communication experts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management strategies to drive adoption and reduce resistance.
- Identify and engage stakeholders to secure buy-in throughout change lifecycles.
- Assess change readiness and conduct impact analyses to inform communication planning.
- Monitor adoption metrics pre- and post-go-live to guide hypercare actions and ensure successful transitions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver training, communications, and engagement plans.
- Mitigate risks and ensure workforce preparedness for upcoming changes.
- Track and report on change management effectiveness, outcomes, and continuous improvement efforts.
About You:
- Proven experience in change management, communications, or marketing (pharma sector preferred).
- Strong project management skills and a working understanding of pharmaceutical product development, clinical trials, and regulatory environments.
- Proficiency in change methodologies (e.g., Prosci or ACMP certification is a plus).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Capable of working cross-functionally with R&D, regulatory, and quality teams.
- Agile, adaptable, and skilled in evaluating the impact of change on systems and personnel.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent in Life Sciences, Business, Communication, or a related field, Certification in change management is a plus; Familiarities with artificial intelligence would be a plus.
Languages
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
