Job Summary

IQVIA is looking for experienced Clinical Data Management (CDM) professionals to join our growing teams at Kochi and Kolkata. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about clinical research and have hands-on experience in clinical data handling, validation, and documentation in line with global regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical data management activities for assigned projects in compliance with applicable SOPs and regulatory guidelines (e.g., ICH-GCP, CDISC).
• Clean and validate clinical trial data by running edit checks, data queries, and reconciliation reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Clinical Research Associates, Biostatisticians, and Project Managers.
• Utilize CDM tools and Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems such as Medidata Rave, Oracle InForm, or equivalent.
• Participate in database setup, data review, discrepancy management, and database lock processes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the data management lifecycle.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across all study data.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Clinical Data Management.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and data management best practices.
• Proficiency in using EDC tools (e.g., Medidata Rave, Oracle InForm).
• Familiarity with CDISC/CDASH and other regulatory standards.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and deadline-driven environment.
