JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Associate, Global Data Compliance plays a crucial role in supporting the Global Product Data Compliance team. Responsibilities include managing product data, regulatory compliance documents, and customer queries, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. This is an entry-level position focused on gathering, evaluating, and reporting data for compliance purposes.
MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adhere to workflow instructions and support product on-boarding
- Maintain product registrations, licenses, and certifications
- Handle customer queries on product data and compliance documents
- Stay updated on regulations and propose necessary changes
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of a graduate Degree in Chemistry/Life Science or related field
- 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar industry
- Proficiency in computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, VBA, PowerBi)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities as Fresher
- Experience with SAP is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work in shifts
