Key Responsibilities:

Perform AIP/RC checks on manuscripts using a set checklist

Handle editorial queries and ensure smooth communication with Editors

Track and maintain project logs and reporting dashboards

Ensure timely delivery of tasks within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Achieve or exceed quality and productivity benchmarks
-
Identify and suggest process improvement opportunities
-
Share domain knowledge during team meetings and updates

Requirements:
Experience:

Minimum 1 year in a similar editorial or publication support role
