Job Description for Work From Home CRA:

Ensures that required essential documents are complete and in place, according to ICH-GCP and applicable regulations.

Conducts on-site file reviews as per project specifications.

Provides trial status tracking and progress update reports to the team as required.

Ensures study systems are complete, accurate, and updated per agreed study conventions (e.g., Clinical Trial Management System).

Facilitates effective communication between investigative sites, client company, and internal project teams through written, oral, and/or electronic contacts.

Responds to company, client, and applicable regulatory requirements/audits/inspections.
-
Participates in the investigator payment process as Work From Home CRA.

Shares responsibility with other team members for issues/findings resolution and follows up as applicable.

Participates in investigator meetings as needed.

May help identify potential investigators in collaboration with the client to ensure acceptability of qualified investigative sites for Work From Home CRA.

Initiates clinical trial sites according to procedures to ensure protocol compliance, regulatory adherence, and ICH-GCP obligations, making recommendations where needed.

Performs trial closeout and retrieves trial materials.

Maintains and completes administrative tasks (e.g., expense reports, timesheets) accurately and on time.

Contributes to the team by assisting with project publications/tools and sharing suggestions for improvements for Work From Home CRA.

Participates in other project initiatives related to process improvement.

Monitors investigator sites using a risk-based monitoring approach.

Applies root cause analysis (RCA), critical thinking, and problem-solving to correct site process failures and decrease risk.

Ensures data accuracy through SDR, SDV, and CRF review via on-site and remote monitoring.

Assesses investigational product through physical inventory and records review.

Documents observations in reports and letters using approved business writing standards.

Raises and resolves observed deficiencies with clinical management.

Maintains regular contact with sites between visits to ensure protocol compliance and data timeliness for Work From Home CRA.

Conducts monitoring tasks per the approved monitoring plan.
Qualifications for Work From Home CRA:

Must be a Life Science Graduate

Onsite Monitoring experience (up to 1 year) is preferred

Willingness to travel

Solid knowledge of ICH-GCP Guidelines
