Job Description

Job Summary:
The role involves verifying compliance for QA activities, reviewing real-time investigations, supporting batch manufacturing and testing, and ensuring global regulatory compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execute or assign in-process QA activities, line clearances, material verification, and sampling.

• Review and fill various QA documentation formats and batch records.

• Maintain records in real-time, handle documentation for deviations, and follow incident reporting procedures.

• Ensure the availability and compliance of approved SOPs.

• Oversee adherence to QMS components like change control, incident, and CAPA management.

• Verify GMP compliance in facility upkeep, environmental controls, material segregation, and labeling.

• Support investigations for complaints, failures, and OOS/OOT results by collecting data and assisting in analysis.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams for root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.

• Assisted in internal/external audits and maintained audit records.

• Follow up with departments on audit action items and ensure closures.

Qualifications

Education: B.Pharm. or Post-Graduation in Life Sciences
Experience: Minimum 4 years in Manufacturing, QA, QC, or Engineering & Development

Skills & Attributes

Technical Skills:

• Understanding of Quality Systems and counter functions

• Knowledge of Biopharma & Pharma markets and product regulations

• Familiarity with global cGMP, FDA, EU, and Indian regulations

• Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality benchmarks
