Life Sciences Job at Fortrea – Summary of Responsibilities:
- Respond to medical information queries, product quality complaints, and general queries received through various channels.
- Record and report Adverse Drug Reactions in a timely manner.
- Execute drug safety data management processes, including call intake and documentation.
- Perform various assigned activities such as tracking information, quality control, and training.
- Create and update training materials based on updates.
- Conduct training sessions and assess their effectiveness.
- Ensure the quality of processed data.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Life Sciences Job at Fortrea – Qualifications (Minimum Required):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Pharmacy, Life Science, Medical Science, or related area + 2 to 3 years of safety experience.
- BS/BA + 2 to 3 years of safety experience.
- MA/MS/PharmD + 1 to 2 years of safety experience.
- Associate degree + 4-5 years relevant experience or non-degree + 5-6 years relevant experience. Safety and relevant experience are defined.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Experience (Minimum Required):
Experience in call center operations is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications Include:
- A degree preferred in Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, or Chemistry.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize medical information.
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements and pharmacovigilance practices.
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office suite applications.
- Functions effectively as a team player and can work independently with moderate supervision.
