Responsibilities:
The Quality Assurance Executive is responsible for monitoring and ensuring that products, services, and processes meet established quality standards. This role involves conducting inspections, audits, and tests, identifying areas for improvement, and working with teams to implement corrective actions to maintain compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Conduct routine inspections, audits, and tests to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor production and operational processes to ensure product consistency and quality.
- Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality checks, test results, and audit findings.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve quality-related issues and improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., ISO, GMP, HACCP depending on industry).
- Assist in training staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Support external audits and ensure readiness for regulatory inspections.
