Overview
This position is office-based in Bangalore and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design, analysis, and execution of clinical trials. As a Clinical Trial Assistant at ICON, you will be a key member of our team, assisting in the coordination of trials, maintaining
documentation, and supporting the development of study materials.Responsibilities for Clinical Trial Assistant Role:
- Assist in the coordination and administration of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulations.
- Maintain and organize clinical trial documentation, including essential documents and regulatory submissions.
- Support the preparation of study-related materials, such as informed consent forms and case report forms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and ensure smooth trial execution.
- Contribute to tracking and reporting clinical trial metrics and milestones.
Qualifications for Clinical Trial Assistant Role:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
- 2-3 years of experience as a clinical trial assistant supporting global sponsor-initiated studies & 2 years of experience in Site Payments activities.
- Knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and guidelines.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
