Sartorius is seeking a Field Application Professional to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for offering product expertise, application knowledge, and technical support along each step of the customer’s process.
Responsibilities:
As
a Field Application Specialist at Sartorius, your responsibilities will include:- Supporting the Sales organization on existing and new products.
- Assisting in the customer process and URS (User Requirements Specification) analysis.
- Assisting customers with product installation, start-up, and training.
- Supporting the Quality Department in the quality complaint process.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:
- Master’s degree in biotechnology, biochemistry, or related disciplines.
- 4-6 years of experience in the Life Science Industry.
- Good market knowledge and teamwork skills.
