Novotech, a leading clinical research organization (CRO), is seeking a Project Specialist (PS) to join its dynamic Project Management Group. If you have a background in clinical or life sciences and are eager to build a career in clinical research, this role offers a structured professional growth path within an innovative and inclusive work environment. As a Project Specialist, you will work closely with Project Managers to ensure clinical trials are conducted efficiently, on time, and in compliance with ICH GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to Project Managers to facilitate clinical study execution.
- Assist in tracking study timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, ICH GCP guidelines, and client-specific SOPs.
- Manage clinical trial documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate meetings, correspondence, and project communications with internal and external stakeholders required for Project Specialist Clinical Research job.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and multiple databases to manage study-related data efficiently.
- Identify and suggest improvements for process efficiencies within project workflows.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate degree in Clinical or Life Sciences (e.g., Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields).
- 1-2 years of experience in clinical research, ideally within a pharmaceutical, CRO, or healthcare setting.
- Prior experience as a Clinical Trial Administrator (CTA) is highly desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience managing multiple databases.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to achieving high-quality outcomes.
- Ability to meet deadlines, manage high-volume workflows, and work collaboratively.
