Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Study Manager with 4-5 years of experience in clinical projects and microbiology surveillance studies. The candidate will manage and
coordinate multi-country projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery of study objectives.Key Responsibilities for Project Manager Job Position:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of microbiology surveillance and non-interventional studies across assigned regions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to study protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Manage relationships with clinical sites, investigators, and other key stakeholders in the study.
- Ensure timely data collection, reporting, and analysis in compliance with quality standards in GSK systems.
- Handle budgets, timelines, and risk management for assigned projects.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences; preference for candidates with a background in Microbiology (graduate or postgraduate).
- 4-5 years of experience in managing clinical or microbiology surveillance studies.
- Prior experience working in the Middle East, South & South-East Asia, and Ukraine is highly desirable.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills for Project Manager Job Position:
- Familiarity with international clinical research guidelines (ICH GCP) and microbiology protocols.
- Proficiency in managing regional studies and cross-border collaborations.
