Applications are invited from highly motivated and qualified individuals for the position of Project Research Scientist-I (Non-Medical) in Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Choudhry’s laboratory at the Centre for Life Sciences, Mahindra University, Hyderabad. This position is part of an ICMR-sponsored project titled: “Investigating the Role of Surface Adhesion Proteins in Fungal Pathogenesis and Evaluating Their Potential for Aptamer-Based Biosensor Development.”
This interdisciplinary project combines genetics, molecular cell biology, and systems biology approaches to understand the regulatory mechanisms governing surface adhesion proteins expression in the fungal pathogen Candida glabrata. The insights gained will be further used to explore biosensor development, with potential applications in diagnostics and antifungal research.
