Job Role: Monitoring and Supervision of In-Process Quality Assurance Functions of Manufacturing Block-P Dewas
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance to cGMP for all operational activities.
- Sampling of rinse water, purified water, water for injection, pure steam, intermediate, and finished products.
- Monitor the API/formulated products against stipulated conditions mentioned in the batch production record.
- Monitoring and sampling in critical and controlled areas, filling, and packaging operations.
- Conduct certification of batch production records for compliance and stage-wise completion.
- Preparation of APRs and annual review of product quality.
- Conduct line clearance and coding approvals.
- Control sample collection and review.
- Provide required support during validation studies.
- Conduct calibration of IPQA laboratory instruments.
- SOP preparation/initiation.
- SAP transactions related to batch.
- Handle deviations, recalls, market complaints, and investigations.
- Review of BPRs, CoAs, and batch release in SAP.
- Control sample management of finished goods and API.
- Distribution and retrieval of SOPs within the block.
- Stability sample management of finished goods.
- Monitor and implement media fill activity as per protocol and manufacturing instructions.
