Role Overview
The Associate Specialist – GenAI Content will play a crucial role within Sanofi’s Global Go-to-Market Capabilities (GTMC) team, supporting the development and implementation of innovative content strategies powered by Generative AI. This position focuses on operational excellence in content development, production, localization, and deployment, aligning with Sanofi’s global priorities in content operations and omnichannel engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
- Support day-to-day operations for the Content Operations Hub and Omnichannel teams.
- Oversee GenAI-powered content initiatives, including localization, modular content frameworks, and validation processes.
- Collaborate with vendors for content production and digital marketing tools.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage end-to-end content processes on platforms like VEEVA PromoMats and DAM.
Content Management
- Collect and archive relevant materials (local SmPC, website lists, historical assets) for GenAI tool integration.
- Support automation of localization processes and streamline document/data collection.
- Monitor project progress, resolve challenges, and identify improvement opportunities.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with cross-functional teams to validate and upload content accurately.
- Provide recommendations to improve operational processes and ensure seamless collaboration with global and local teams.
Capability Building
- Contribute to the development of innovative tools and processes.
- Provide proactive insights for improving quality, timeliness, and efficiency.
- Support training and best practice sharing across teams.
Qualifications
Experience
- 2–4 years in content creation, optimization, or operational roles in medico-marketing, healthcare, or digital platforms.
- Experience with GenAI/AI tools and incorporating them into content strategies is preferred.
Education: Graduate degree (preferably in life sciences, pharmacy, or related fields); advanced degrees are desirable.
Skills
- Technical: Familiarity with VEEVA PromoMats, DAM, digital platforms, and project management tools.
- Soft: Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Languages: Proficient in English (spoken and written).
