Job Opening for Research Assistant (Job Code – 23)

TIGS is a program-driven research institute with a focus on solving pressing societal challenges. We are seeking applications from enthusiastic candidates to join as Research Assistants in the Crop Improvement division to work on “Nutrition security and mutation breeding”.
Number of positions: 02
Roles and Responsibilities:
- The selected candidate is expected to support nutritional quantification of rice and other grains.
- Experience of working with HPLC/UPLC is an added advantage for one of the positions.
Essential Qualifications/Requirements:
- M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Plant Sciences, Plant Biotechnology, or related discipline.
- For one of the positions, preference will be given to candidates with research experience dealing with HPLC/UPLC.
Duration: Initially for one year.
