MAHE Life Sciences Research Fellow Recruitment – Applications Invited

Junior Research Fellow

The Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal invites applications from eligible candidates for one position of Junior Research Fellow to work under an Indo-French CIFEPRA project titled “Comprehensive Analysis of Homocysteine Induced Neutrophil Extracellular Traps: Implications in Pathogenesis of Sepsis” in the Department of Ageing Research, Manipal School of Life Sciences, Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal, Karnataka, India. This project is in collaboration with Dr. Maria Mamani Matsuda, Professor, Immunoconcept, CNRS, Bordeaux and Dr. Harinath Chakrapani, Professor, IISER, Pune. The project allows visiting Bordeaux, France and enrolling for a PhD at MAHE, Manipal.

Eligibility:

1. First class Post graduate degree in any streams of life sciences.
2. Candidates with UGC-CSIR/NET/GATE/DBT-BET qualification are preferred.
3. Candidates with prior experience in cell and molecular biology techniques including animal cell culture, microscopy, and animal handling is a plus point.

Duration of the Project: 3 Years.
