Junior Research Fellowship
Amrita School of Nanosciences and Molecular Medicine (ASNSMM), Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Kochi Campus is extensively engaged in cutting edge research in Healthcare and Medical Science innovations. The school has a track record of 18 years in nurturing researchers and scientists for healthcare research funded by the Govt of India. Recently the school received two grants to work on testing the efficacy of a small molecule inhibitor for diabetic retinopathy and a biotherapeutic we developed for glioma models.
ASNSMM invites applications from prospective candidates to engage in cutting research work leading to a PhD using funds from the above-mentioned grants. We are looking for candidates with a scientific mindset having high commitment and motivation to do research with good written and communication skills.
Eligibility: M.Sc/M.Tech in any branch of Life Sciences. Candidates with CSIR, DBT or DST-INSPIRE Fellowship or NET qualification are encouraged to apply. Exceptional candidates without any of these fellowships will also be considered.
