Applications are invited on plain paper for the following post in an ICMR-funded project entitled “Indian asymptomatic gallstones: natural course and their predictors (INDIASTONE Study)” under Dr. Anu Behari, Professor, Department of Surgical Gastroenterology, Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Project Technical Support-II: 01 position
Essential Qualification: Masters (1st Class) in Genetics, Life Sciences, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology.
Desirable: Preference will be given to NET/GATE cleared experienced individuals.
Upper Age Limit: 28 years (Relaxable in case of SC/ST/OBC/PH/Women candidates as per rules).
Remuneration: As per ICMR Rules: Rs 28,000 + (18% HRA) = Rs 33,040.
Experience: In clinical research.
The engagement in the project is purely on a temporary basis, maximum for the duration of the project. The appointment will initially be offered for one year and may be extended on a yearly basis depending on satisfactory performance and co-termination with the project. The appointment can be terminated by either side with one month’s notice or stipend thereof.
Total duration of appointment in the project is
one year. Therefore, if an incumbent switches between projects, the appointment will terminate on the day they complete one year. Please note that this is not an SGPGIMS/ICMR, N. Delhi appointment and does not confer any right on the incumbent to any claim implicit or explicit on any position.How to Apply:

Candidates must appear for a personal interview along with original certificates on April 27, 2024, at 10:00 AM in the Department of Surgical Gastroenterology (C-Block), SGPGI, Lucknow. No interview letter will be sent. No TA/DA will be paid.
