Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Production Executive at Ancient Roots in Ahmedabad. The Production Executive will be responsible for day-to-day production planning, communication, production management, food technology, and quality control.
Qualifications:
- Production Planning and Production Management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Expertise in Food Technology and Quality Control
- Ability to work in a team and manage deadlines effectively
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Prior experience in bakery production
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field
