Notice

A Junior Research Fellow is required in the research project entitled, “Elucidating the role of systemic immune responses in Metastasis using Single Cell RNA Sequencing: Relation with Circulating Tumour Cell Biology and Clinical Implications” funded by DST-SERB, New Delhi, in Department of Biochemistry, PGIMER, Chandigarh in collaboration with National Institute of Biomedical Genomics, Kalyani. Interested candidates are requested to send a detailed CV along with testimonials to the undersigned through the google form link below. The duration of the project will be initially for one year and likely to be extended for three years.

Essential qualification: Post Graduate degree in Basic Science OR Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Professional course selected through a process described through one of the following: a. Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility tests- CSIR/UGC NET/GATE including lectureship b. The selection process through National level examination as DST, DBT, ICMR, etc.

Desirable: Wet lab experience in handling blood and tissue samples.

Age: As per DST-SERB rules (Relaxation will be given to women/SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates as per rules)

Salary/Stipend: Rs. 31,000/- + HRA @16%
