Project Title: Personalized cancer treatment using Next-Generation Sequencing in Clinical Oncology
Technical knowledge requirements: Knowledge of Advance Bioinformatics, R Programming, Python, Next Generation Sequencing, Machine Learning, Snake Make & Nextflow
Duration: 6 months
Eligibility: BE / B.Tech / M.Sc./ M.Tech. Biotechnology or Bioinformatics (Only for Freshers/ Passed out from 2021 onwards)
