Job Responsibilities
1. Product Registration and Life-cycle Management:
- Support the Regional Regulatory Affairs Department in new product registration and life-cycle management of CP portfolio.
- Compile documents and information for submissions, license renewals, and annual registrations.
- Maintain product registration dossiers for Authorities and Notified Bodies.
- Keep track of outstanding documentation and open queries from Authorities.
- Update and maintain product registration and ingredients archives, databases, and tracking tools.
- Collaborate with business partners to acquire relevant documents and information.
2. Artwork Approval:
- Assist in the creation and review of ingredients list.
- Assist with artwork review and approval.
3. Regulatory Intelligence and Product Advocacy:
- Stay updated with current regulations, guidelines, and standards.
- Track Proficient Authority websites and databases for news related to product registrations.
- Assist in delivering and managing Regulatory Assessment.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences
- 1-3 years of proven ability in regulatory affairs, quality, or product development in related industries
- Understanding of registration and regulatory requirements in Asia Pacific countries
- Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
