About the Job

Our Team:

Sanofi Global Hub is designed to centralize processes and activities to support global medical business units and medical office. The MedHub is built to reduce reliance on external services providers and facilitate the development of internal expertise. The MedHub will leverage untapped combination of talent pool.

Main Responsibilities:


  • Support scientific events activities & external expert engagements
  • Process contract and related documents within defined timelines
  • Check country specificities and handle queries received from country approver and/or external experts
  • Timely follow-ups with event leads, country approvers, and external experts
  • Work with Business Users, US Legal and US Medical as necessary to ensure fully executed agreement prior to HCP services provided
  • Work with Internal Business Users to drive compliance with SOPs and Global Policies
  • Process HCP Fee Payments and Travel and Expense Reimbursements
  • When necessary, review NA Travel and Expense Policy with HCP’s to ensure policy compliance
  • Monitor data flow from NAYA system into Spend Management System to ensure transfers of values are captured accurately

Project Planning

  • Ensure delivery of ongoing projects as per agreed timelines
  • Ensure to follow defined/agreed quality parameters before sending out deliverables to the stakeholders
  • Track ongoing projects on regular basis and take required actions
  • Support adherence to associated compliance related activities and approvals (taking accountability for compliance with internal customer)

Stakeholder Management

  • Maintain effective working relationship with stakeholders and work with them to provide solutions on ongoing issues/problems
  • Regular connects with event leads, project requestors, and End-to-End contracting leads

About You

Experience: Post Graduate degree in any work stream, life sciences degree is preferred with minimum 1 year experience

Stakeholder & Project management; communication skills; and ability to work independently and within a team environment. User and Data Management. Planning and analytical skills

Technical Skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
