We currently have vacancies for an Associate – Hygiene & Sanitation to join our Executive Office team.
- Supervising and coordinating operations in compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
- Verifies compliance with Brand Standards requirements throughout the operations.
- Verifies compliance with food and hygiene regulations, licensing conditions and codes of practice relating to food operations.
- Providing on Job training for all food handlers
- Verifying cleaning program in all kitchen and F&B areas, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvements.
- Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in any Food Science /Microbiology/Biotechnology
- Knowledge about ISO22000 certification /HACCP and Knowledge of FSSAI Act and regulations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- 1-2 years’ experience in the food safety & hygiene field (Preferable hotels & Catering)
