LAKSHYA – All India Innovative Business Plan Competition 2023

Considering the fast-growing and rapidly evolving dynamic global scenario along with the use of the latest technologies and innovations for the growth of the businesses, the International Conference on Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Leadership (ICEIL) was conceptualized in the Year 2018. The intent was to offer a premier forum bringing together leading researchers, academicians, entrepreneurs, start-ups, venture capitalists, bankers, innovators, and professionals around the world, a common platform for deliberating with in-depth discussions, sharing of experiences & ideas and presenting contemporary research with innovations, best practices, trends, technologies while addressing the challenges and opportunities, etc., in the area of Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Leadership. The First Conference was held in February 2018, the second edition in December 2018, third edition in December 2020 (virtual mode), 4th edition in January 2022 (virtual mode) and now the fifth edition shall be in the month of September 2023.

The role of entrepreneurs, innovators, and leaders is integral to understand the value of human intuition and problem-solving capabilities in the industrial environment. While robots are much more consistent

than humans and better at precision work, they’re inflexible and incapable of the adaptability and critical thinking that define us as humans. Industry 5.0 aims to make the factory a place where creativity can flourish with a personalized work environment. However, social, technological, and ecological processes are not only dynamic but their interactions and variations are equally complex. In the highly dynamic and complex world, environmental conditions are changing fast and with even faster development of technology, it is essential to integrate sustainability goals with industry 5.0. This is a big challenge and the centre of discussions as a conference theme.

In this context, Amity University Uttar Pradesh is organizing its 5th edition of International Conference on Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Leadership (ICEIL 2023) on the theme ‘Nextgen Tools and Strategies for Business growth in Industry 5.0’ from 14^th – 16^th September 2023 at Amity University Noida Campus, Uttar Pradesh, India.

The conference intends to focus on comprehensive research on global targets and endeavours to address some of society’s greatest challenges while progressing towards industry 5.0. The sustainable development goals (SDGs) are multidisciplinary in nature and bring together researchers and industry professionals working across different fields to contribute towards a common goal. This three-day conference would provide a platform to researchers, innovators, and practitioners to deliberate on the advancements on next generation tools and innovative technology solutions for business growth and sustainability for achieving the desired goals. It shall navigate participants in discovering and unleashing breakthrough ideas, innovations, insights and leveraging entrepreneurial and innovation opportunities in various sectors.

The conference shall provide an exciting opportunity to start-ups and stand-ups to exhibit their new technologies, new products and/or services in the Expo. Further Potential entrepreneurship aspirants shall be able to compete and get financial and technical guidance as well as support through special sessions by experts during the conference. Successful Entrepreneurs and Corporate leaders with diverse and noteworthy achievements shall be honoured with Awards for their accomplishments in creating economic and social value in the country.
