Qualification and Experience
- MSc/ MTech in Life Sciences/Chemistry
- At least 03 – 05 years of relevant experience.

- Provide help in proposal, papers, scientific communication unity.
- Arrange and mange meeting.
- Manage workshops , conferences, and symposiums.

Answer: To effectively manage multiple responsibilities, I rely on prioritization techniques such as creating task lists, setting deadlines, and evaluating the urgency and importance of each task. I also believe in effective communication and coordination with team members to streamline workflow and ensure that all tasks are completed within the given timelines.
- Can you provide an example of a situation where you had to resolve conflicts or challenges while managing workshops or conferences? How did you handle it?
Answer: During a conference I organized, there was a scheduling conflict with one of the keynote speakers. To resolve this, I immediately communicated with the speaker, identified alternative time slots, and negotiated with other participants to accommodate the change. By effectively managing the situation and ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders, we successfully resolved the conflict and ensured the smooth execution of the conference.

Answer: To ensure the accuracy and reliability of data, I employ rigorous data validation techniques, such as double-checking data entries, conducting statistical analyses to identify outliers or inconsistencies, and cross-referencing data with primary sources whenever possible. Additionally, I maintain detailed documentation of data sources, methodologies, and any transformations or manipulations performed during the analysis.

Answer: I actively engage in continuous learning by regularly attending conferences, workshops, and seminars related to my field.
