The upper age is relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates as per Central Government norms. The Institute may (a) Vary the number of candidates eventually recruited depending on the needs of the organization – could be higher or lower than advertised (b) Give relaxation in qualification, experience and the upper age limit in case of deserving candidates. All the positions are contractual initially for two years which can be extended further up to five years subject to satisfactory performance. The location of the activities/posting can be anywhere in India. Leaves and other benefits can be as per institutional norms.

Answer: I have worked as a Senior Research Fellow for 2 years in a reputed research institution where I was involved in designing and conducting experiments, analyzing data, and publishing research papers. My research focused on the application of nanotechnology in the field of agriculture.
2. What do you know about the organization and its mission? Answer: National Innovation Foundation – India is an autonomous body of the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, which aims to promote innovation and creativity among people from various walks of life. The organization also provides support to grassroots innovators and helps in developing their ideas into commercially viable products.
3. How do you plan and execute a research project? Answer: I plan and execute a research project by identifying the research question, designing experiments to answer the question, collecting data, analyzing the data, and presenting the results. I also ensure that I follow ethical guidelines and maintain the quality of the research.
4. What skills do you possess that make you the ideal candidate for this position? Answer: I possess excellent research skills, the ability to think critically and creatively, and excellent communication skills. I am also a team player and can work collaboratively with others.
5. What do you see as the most significant challenge facing the field of research? Answer: One of the most significant challenges facing the field of research is the lack of funding for research projects. This makes it difficult for researchers to carry out high-quality research, and limits the potential impact of their work. Another challenge is the increasing complexity of research problems, which requires interdisciplinary approaches and collaboration between researchers from different fields.
