JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Overview

Provide project-related assistance for the assigned complex project(s), sites and project teams. Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with SOPs, policies and practices, good clinical practices and applicable regulatory requirements and meets quality and timeline metrics.

Essential Functions

  • Perform complex processes and tasks that eventually result in high-quality deliverables that are completed according to service level agreements (SLAs) and within project timelines
  • Establish and maintain effective project/ site communications
  • Create and maintain relevant project documents
  • Ensure accurate completion and maintenance of internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines and project plans with project-specific information
  • Participate in document management (creation, review, maintenance, storage, as applicable)
  • Coordinate and collaborate with various project stakeholders.
  • Review, evaluate and recommend modifications to designated processes
  • Participate in (study) team meetings and implement action items
  • Collaborate with the project lead/team members in the creation/review of study documents
  • Setting quality standards and reviewing deliverables to the same for process tasks.
  • Act as SME/mentor/buddy for new joiners and support with system/process training.
  • May be assigned role of systems expert – guiding teams on using of systems, creating guidance documents, updating relevant training and any new updates available in the systems.
  • Relaying the training to the team and being available to address the queries for the teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences or a related field
  • Typically requires a Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Requires knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts of a job area, typically obtained through advanced education.
  • 3 years overall experience
  • Equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

I immediately scheduled a meeting to clarify expectations, identified the root cause of the miscommunication, and implemented a revised communication plan to ensure alignment and avoid further misunderstandings.

    • Answer: In my previous roles, I have been responsible for document management, including creation, review, and maintenance. I ensure accuracy and compliance by meticulously following document control procedures, conducting thorough reviews for content and formatting, and adhering to regulatory guidelines. I also maintain proper version control and organize documents in a logical and accessible manner.
  4. How do you handle modifications to designated processes?Answer: When handling modifications to designated processes, I follow a systematic approach. Firstly, I carefully review the existing process and identify areas that require modification or improvement. I collaborate with the relevant stakeholders, such as team members and subject matter experts, to gather insights and discuss potential modifications. Together, we evaluate the impact of the proposed changes and assess feasibility, considering factors like timeline, resources, and regulatory requirements. Once the modifications are finalized, I ensure proper documentation and communication of the updated processes to all relevant team members.
