Company Overview: We are a leading beverage manufacturing company committed to providing high-quality products to our consumers. We are currently seeking a qualified Quality Assurance Executive to join our team at Ameenpur Plant.
Job Description:
As a Quality Assurance Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products manufactured and distributed by the bottling operation conform to the specifications through assurance of processes from supply to consumer. You will support the identification, planning, documentation, and management of the practices, activities, and resources needed to meet quality goals and objectives in a manner that enables management to assess quality performance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all quality management and quality assurance activities in the bottling operation.
- Ensure adherence to company guidelines and requirements in the supply, manufacturing, and distribution processes.
- Ensure conformance to specifications of the finished goods leaving the plant.
- Monitor, assess, and improve process capabilities in the plant.
- Conduct required tests on raw materials, packaging materials, WIP, and finished products at specified frequencies.
- Ensure availability and calibration of inspection and testing equipment and chemical reagents.
- Ensure process control of the final syrup and water treatment.
- Ensure raw material, ingredient, and product identification and traceability.
- Implement GMP in the plant.
- Document, implement, and monitor a quality assurance system in accordance with the KORE Requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Post Graduate in Microbiology.
- 2-3 years of experience in a microbiology role in the beverage industry.

Answer: My experience includes implementing and monitoring a quality assurance system in accordance with the KORE requirements, conducting required tests on raw materials, packaging materials, WIP, and finished products, and ensuring adherence to Company guidelines and requirements in the supply, manufacturing, and distribution processes.
- How do you ensure that the products conform to the specifications through assurance of processes from supply to consumer?
Answer: I ensure that the products conform to the specifications by monitoring, assessing, and improving process capabilities in the plant, controlling the final syrup, water treatment process, raw material, ingredient, and product identification, and traceability. I also conduct the required tests on raw materials, packaging materials, WIP, and finished products at specified frequencies.
- What steps do you take to maintain and calibrate inspection and testing equipment and chemical reagents?
Answer: I ensure that inspection and testing equipment and chemical reagents are available and calibrated by conducting regular checks and maintenance, as well as recording and tracking the equipment’s calibration and maintenance schedule.
- What is your experience in implementing GMP in the plant?
Answer: My experience in implementing GMP in the plant includes ensuring that all personnel follow GMP procedures, conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance, and updating GMP policies and procedures to reflect changes in regulatory requirements.
- What are your experiences in monitoring, assessing, and improving process capabilities in the plant?
Answer: My experience includes conducting statistical process control analysis, identifying and addressing root causes of process variation, implementing process improvement initiatives, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to continuously improve quality and efficiency.
