Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain present customer base while actively developing new process opportunities to build strong pipeline of projects that will fuel future growth.
- Act as trusted advisor for SUT contacts within an account and bring in partner’s technical guides as needed
- Maintain and enhance technical knowledge on Thermo Fisher Protein & Molecular Biology product lines, company literature, and driven products.
- Establish and build relationship with contacts at Key Accounts and high value accounts.
- Once an opportunity is identified, they are responsible to assist BAM (Business Account Managers) for selling or cross selling all relevant products and services.
- Mointor progress against penetration of all new accounts
- Must deliver against quarterly revenue target and critical business objectives.
- Business development approach is essential. Must have hunter mind set and ability to creatively address customer problems with flexible solutions.
- Develop/enhance customer / channel partner relationships and support business growth in coordination with other team members.
- Connect with our integrators/partners and ensure smooth partnership.
Experience & Requirement
- Qualification: M.sc in Life Science or PhD is desired.
- Experience in Protein & Molecular Biology (Sample preparation, PCR, cloning, Reverse transcription, wester blotting, Mass Spectroscopy) is essential.
- 70% Technical and 30% Commercial Role with at least 5 years of Practical Experience on Molecular Biology P products preferably from Commercial Lifesciences Organizations
- Demography: Soth India, South Asia.
- Business Travel: 60%
