Walk-in-interview

On a part-time contractual basis, the panel will be prepared for the following posts for the session 2023-24. For this, direct interviews will be conducted in the school on 10.03.2023 and 12.03.2023 at 8:00 am as per the following schedule. Remuneration will be payable as per the KVS rules for the above posts.

KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA GACHIBOWLI
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

TGTs

Essential:

1. Four years integrated degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate. OR
   Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subjects/ Combination of subjects and in aggregate w it h B.Ed. The elective subjects and Languages in the combination of subjects are as under:
   a) For TGT (Sanskrit): Sanskrit as a subject in all three years.
   b) For TGT (Hindi): Hindi as a subject in all three years.
   c) For TGT (English): English as a subject in all three years.
   d) For TGT (S.St) Any two of the following: History, Geography, Economics and Pol. Science of which one must be either History or Geography.
   e) For TGT (Maths) – Bachelor Degree in Maths with any two of the following subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Computer Science, and Statistics.
   f) For TGT (Science) – Botany, Zoology and Chemistry.
   2) Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET), conducted by CBSE
   in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose.
   3) Proficiency in teaching Hindi and English medium

Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Applications

PGTs

Essential:

1. Two years integrated Post Graduate Masters Course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject.
   OR
   Master’s Degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the following subjects –
   a) PGT (English)- English
   b) PGT (Maths)-Mathematics/ Applied Mathematics
   c) PGT (Physics)–Physics/ Electronics/Applied Physics/Nuclear Physics.
   d) PGT (Chemistry)-Chemistry/ Bio. Chem.
   e) PGT (Biology) – Botany/ Zoology/ Life Sciences/Bio Sciences/ Genetics/ Micro Biology/Bio-Technology/Molecular Bio/Plant Physiology provided they have studied Botany and Zoology at the Graduation level.
   f) PGT (Commerce) – Master’s Degree in Commerce. However, holders of Degrees of M.Com in Applied/Business Economics shall not be eligible.
   g) PGT (Economics) – Economics/ Applied Economics/ Business Economics.
2. B.Ed. or equivalent degree from a recognized university
3. Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English medium.

Desirable: Knowledge of computer applications.

Special Provision: Relaxation in CTET – In the absence of CTET-qualified candidates, candidates without CTET qualifications may be considered.

REMUNERATION

Post	Consolidated monthly payment (in Rs) subject to terms and conditions, as contained in KVS letter, dated FNo.11029/39/2011/KVSHQ/Acad21.03.2013and Subsequent clarification

General Instructions:

1. Nature of Appointment: On a purely Contractual Basis for the session 2023-24 only or whenever the regular incumbent joins whichever is earlier or the work is not satisfactory.
2. The application forms downloaded from the Vidyalaya website only must be used for registration for Walk-in-Interview. The candidate must bring a duly filled application form with a self-photo pasted on it.
3. Candidates are requested to read the eligibility criteria carefully and ensure their eligibility for the post before applying for the same.
4. All the original documents should be submitted by the candidates at the time of the interview for verification only.
5. Computer knowledge is desirable for all the posts.
6. The candidate must have the competency to teach both English and Hindi media.
7. Candidates who registered for the Walk-in-Interview by 8:00 am on the specified date
   only will be permitted to appear for the interview.
8. If more candidates are registered for any test, then the Screening test will be conducted before the Interview.
9. Candidates having experience in the concerned Subject will be preferred.
