The Institute invites applications for the following positions on contract basis:
Name of the Position – Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under the SERB sanctioned Project
The number of posts – One
Name of the Project – 2D Materials/Biopolymer-based Broad-Spectrum Antimicrobial Multilayer Coatings: Synergistic Approach to Thwart the Biofilm Formation on the Medical Implants
Funding Agency – Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB) India
Tenure of the post – One year
Age Max -30 years. Age relaxation as per GOI rules for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC

Fellowship amount – Rs. 31,000 + HRA as per the GOI rules
Minimum Educational qualification (as prescribed by the financing agency) – Master’s Degree or Graduate in Basic Sciences or Engineering
Preference – Bachelor’s Degree in Biology or Biotechnology, and Masters in Biotechnology or Biology, or Nanoscience, should have expertise in Cellular Biology, Molecular Biology and Microbiology, especially performing antimicrobial assays, etc.
