We, a professionally managed pharmaceutical company accredited with ISO 9001-2015, ISO 14001-2015 & 45001-2018 certification, require the following personnel on Fixed Term Contract Basis for a period of 5 [Five] years and the contract period may be extended based on candidates performance:-

Job Location – Peenya, Bengaluru

Salary Package – Monthly Gross Around Rs.29600/-[ Basic+VDA+HRA]

Qualification –

• M.Sc in Chemistry [06 posts]
• M.Sc Microbiology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology[02 posts]

Experience – Minimum 3 years in reputed

JOB DESCRIPTION – Analyst (Chemical Section)

• Analysis of Sterile Bulk, Non-Sterile API, Excipients, Colors & Flavours (Test parameters to be analysed as per Specification) &lt
• Preparation and Standardization of Volumetric Solution and checking of their validity time to time.
• Preparation of working standard as and when required and documenting.
• Analysis of In-process samples and finished products of Tablets, Capsules, Syrups, Suspension, and powders, (Weight variation, DT, Friability, pH, Uniformity of content, Disintegration and Dissolution Test, Assay and Related Substances).
• Analysis of In-process samples and finished products of Dry powder injections ( Weight variation, pH, Uniformity of content, Clarity and colour of solution, Particle count, Assay and Related Substances).
• Analysis of In-process samples and finished products of Liquid injections (Volume variation, pH, Uniformity of content, Clarity and colour of solution, Particle count, Assay and Related Substances).
• Handling of Instruments such as pH meter and conductivity meter, UV Spectrophotometer, Particulate count tester, HPCL, Dissolution, Disintegration, Friabilator, Gas Chromatography, AAS, and TOC, Bursting strength apparatus.
• Analysis of water samples and trending.
• Analysis of Packing material (primary, secondary and tertiary packing materials).
• Dispensing of Raw Materials and packing materials (As per the indent).
• To check the validity of Chemicals time to time and to inform the availability of chemicals.
• Pre-Purchase sample analysis and documentation.
• Report writing and documentation.

JOB DESCRIPTION – ANALYST (Microbiology Section)

• Preparation of Media and performing GPT of media & SOP.
• Maintenance of microbial cultures.
• Monitoring of microbial environment in manufacturing areas, bio-burden of compressed air, Nitrogen gas sterility.
• Estimation of the bioburden of pre-filtered bulk solution of liquid injections.
• Microbiological assays, bioassays. Maintenance of working reference standards for antibiotic bioassays.
• Operation and maintenance of sterilizers.
• Bacterial Endotoxin test for samples.
• Sterile Raw material Sampling. Sterility Testing of raw Materials and finished products of Sterile dry powder Parenteral and liquid injections.
• Water Sample analysis.
• Determination of the microbial count of all excipients, non-sterile actives, veterinary powders, liquid cough syrups, suspensions etc.
• Isolation and Identifications of organisms.
• Co-ordination with production departments in validation activities.
• Testing of biological indicators subjected to validation.
• Documenting the Results of the tests performed.
• Trend analysis of water and Microbial environment of Manufacturing areas.
• Disinfectant Efficacy Testing.
• Production hygiene control and its documentation.
