- The engagement is purely temporary & co-terminus with the project and also, therefore, does not confer any kind of right/ claim implicit or explicit for regularization or absorption against any kind of IICB/ CSIR post. The age and also qualifications will certainly be reckoned as on the last date of application. The upper age limitation is relaxable for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PH and also women candidates based on policies. Stipend: Rs.31,000/- OR Rs. 25,000/- plus HRA Per month.
Qualification needed: Master’s Degree in Biological Science/ Applied Biological Sciences/ Microbiology/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Life Sciences/ Zoology/ Molecular Biology/ Genetics/ Genetic Engineering with NET/NET(LS)/ GATE/Equivalent OR Master’s Degree in Biological Science/ Applied Biological Sciences/ Microbiology/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Life Sciences/ Zoology/ Molecular Biology/ Genetics/ Genetic Engineering.
Desirable: Research Experience in Biological sample handling as well as COVID-19 testing. Hands-on experience in nucleic acid extraction and PCR techniques (Particularly RT-PCR, qPCR) or prior experience of working in a COVID-19 testing laboratory.
