Inviting applications for recruitment of Senior and Junior Fellowships for NetSCoFAN Projects on Contract Basis.
Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP) welcomes applications for Senior (SFFaN) and also Junior (JFFaN) fellowships under the FSSAI funded project Network for Scientific Co-operation for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition (NetSCoFAN). Only bonafide Indian citizens are eligible to apply. The number of SFFaN and JFFaN to be hired on a contract basis are as below:

Indian Institute of Packaging an autonomous body under Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India welcomes applications from candidates to be engaged on a contractual basis via IIP manpower
agency. The contractual appointment will certainly be initially for 6 months which might be extended further on performance & need basis. The remuneration will certainly be fixed based upon the qualification/experience of the candidate.How to Apply:
Applications based on below given requirement will be sent in a sealed envelope super scribed with the name of the position to The Assistant Director (General Admin. & IT), IIP, Plot E-2, MIDC Area, Andheri (East), Mumbai-400093.
Selection procedure: Selection will be made with an interview of the short-listed applicants. Merely fulfilling the essential qualifications will certainly not entitle an applicant for being called for interview. IIP reserves the right to call or not to call a candidate for interview. IIP will carry out the selection of the research fellow (JFFaN/SFFaN).
The last date of receipt of application is 26th January 2020 – 3:00 p.m.
Essential Qualification:
JFFaN:
First Class Master’s or equivalent postgraduate degree (M.Tech) in Food Process Engineering/Food Science as well as Technology or equal.
Desirable: NET/GATE qualification. Knowledge of computer applications including web-searching, MS-Office as well as report writing.
SFFaN:
(i) First Class Master’s or equal postgraduate degree in Food Science as well as Technology
OR
(ii) First Class ME, M.Tech. or equal postgraduate degree in Food Process Engineering or equivalent.
Desirable: NET/GATE qualification. Knowledge of computer applications consisting of web-searching, MS-Office, report writing and also Handling instruments like HPLC, GCMC, ICP-OES, DSC, FTIR.
Experience: (i) or (ii) must be followed by at least two years of proven post – qualification experience in the appropriate field: Packaging, Development of Food Contact Materials.
