Job Description:
The QC Microbiologist conducts a quantitative and qualitative analysis of pharmaceutical products according to FDA, cGMP and also Johnson & Johnson Pvt. Ltd. Standard Operating Procedures. Duties will certainly include analysis of Cosmetic products through compendial methods and also specific test protocols. Additionally, the QC Microbiologist is involved in plant interactions, systems improvement, and validation activities (instrument and method).
Primary Duties And Also Responsibilities:
- Performs environmental monitoring of process areas.
- Performs water, air, and also compressed gas systems sampling.
- Performs routine bioburden testing of samples.
- Maintains lab supplies, media, and reagents inventory.
- Assists in coordinating equipment upkeep and also calibration.
- Participates in training of various other employees.
- Need to perform basic microbial identification.
- Need to perform acceptance testing of prepared microbiological culture media.
- In-process microbiology testing.
- Works carefully with management to guarantee test schemes are executed successfully.
- Participates in Instrument Validation (I/O/PQ) for instruments utilized in the microbiology laboratory with minimal supervision.
- Authoring of validation documentation, SOPs, and also technological reports with very little supervision.

Qualifications:
Requirements & Qualifications

- CTS approval is a must requirement.
