NOTICE

In view of the present public health situation due to outbreak of COVID-19, the Department desires to engage professionals in the following posts purely on a temporary basis for a period of six months only (from the date of joining).

How to Apply:

  • Applicants are requested to send application through email at mail id [email protected] in the attached proforma along with self-attested photocopies of all testimonials and submit within 17/04/2020 midnight 21/04/2020 midnight
  • Applications received beyond due date and time will not be accepted.
  • The decision of the Selection Committee will be final.

Post I

Name of the Post: District Epidemiologist

No. of Posts: 11 (one for each District/Health District).

District Vacancy: Bankura, Nadia, Nandigram HD, Purba Medinipur, Paschim Bardhaman, Rampurhat HD, Dakshin Dinajpur, Alipurduar, Darjeeling, Jalpaiguri and Kalimpong.

Age (As on 01/04/2020): Maximum 40 Years.

Payment: Rs. 36,220 per month.

Qualification: M.Sc. in Life Science/Epidemiology. (Higher qualification and experience in Public Health will be given preference).

Post II

Name of the Post: District Microbiologist

No. of Posts: 6 (one for each District).

District Vacancy: Birbhum, Nadia, North 24 Parganas, Jalpaiguri, Maida and Murshidabad.

Age (As on 01/04/2020): Maximum 40 Years.

Payment: Rs. 35,000 per month.

Qualification: M.Sc. in Microbiology. (Higher qualification and experience in Public Health will be given preference).

  6. I did not find any direct link from your website but a pdf form. Plus to confirm I personally checked Government of West Bengal Health and Family Welfare Department website but no such notification regarding recruitment has been released yet. Furthermore in application pdf provided in your advertisement doesnot have any valid advertisement wide number for the notification nor any valid official West Bengal Government Health and family welfare department mail id in the pdf itself where they have asked to send the duly filled form with self attested photocopy of valid certificates.
    Please kindly take check on this notification.
