Name of the Post: Hygiene Inspector

Location: Mumbai

Job Profile:

  • In charge of food safety and hygiene practices for overall kitchen.
  • For creating SOP’s for kitchen and also staff.
  • Ensure trainings are done for awareness on food safety, HACCP, personal hygiene, cross contamination etc.
  • Make Sure FIFO & FEFO is followed for all inbound materials on site.
  • Ensure due handling of complaints as well as give RCA/ CAPA.
  • Conducting vendor audits & share compliance report with management
  • Conducting environmental audits & share compliance report with management.
  • In charge of accurate documentation.
  • Ensure zero food safety incidents on site.
  • Guarantee sampling is done for agreed samples and reports shared with management.

Experience: Min 2 years’ experience in Food industry

Qualification: Minimum BSc- microbiology/nutrition/any science with one subject of microbiology/ B Tech- Food/ Food Technology
