Bangalore Bioinnovation Centre Battle Against COVID-19 – Applications Invited
The world is currently facing a lot of challenges to battle out the dreaded pandemic COVID-19. In India, the pandemic is fast spreading. In these circumstances BBC strongly believes that innovative technologies/products/solutions can make a huge impact in overriding the prevailing situation, control the spread of COVID-19 and make our environment healthier. Hence, the BBC is looking out for innovators who can contribute efficiently to combat this epidemic. All the applications will be screened by a panel of experts. If the product/solution is deployable, BBC will support the innovation by providing infrastructure/ equipment, networking, branding, and funding services.

Bangalore Bioinnovation Centre is a state-of-the-art Translational and Entrepreneurship Centre for start-ups in the life sciences sector. It is a joint initiative between the Department of Biotechnology, Government of India and Department of IT, BT and S& T, Government of Karnataka. It aims to nurture the start-ups/individuals working in different areas like Health care (MedTech/Pharma), Environmental Biotechnology, Industrial Biotechnology, Food/Nutrition, Agriculture Biotechnology.
