Job Description :
- To achieve team quality targets consistently on weekly basis.
- To train new hires based on the training plan & conduct refresher training .
- To achieve continuous quality improvement
- To ensure that all the query queues / floor queries are effectively handled.
- To ensure that all Process documentation are up to date
- To drive sustainable process improvements
- To conduct regular meetings with Hub for any policy clarification and updates

- Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
- Very good in Excel knowledge.
- Should have very good analytical skill.
- Should have basic Quality concept knowledge

Experience : Sr. Research Analyst with 2- 3 Years.
Qualification : B. Pharm, M. Pharm, Masters in Bio Chemistry
